Returns and Refund Policy for Made-to-Order Products

All Americas Cornerstones products are made to order. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Shipping: Orders over $65 ship free in the US, and most orders arrive in 5 to 12 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Cornerstone Classics (Pullover Hoodie, Fleece Pullover) - Final Sale

The Cornerstone Classic Pullover Hoodie and Cornerstone Classic Fleece Pullover are embroidered, made-to-order items and are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these products except in cases of defect, damage, or production error.

Cornerstone T-Shirts (Standard and Statement) - 30-Day Returns

The Cornerstone Standard T-Shirt (printed back) and Cornerstone Statement T-Shirt (embroidered front & printed back) may be returned to Americas Cornerstones within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition / packaging. Refunds may be issued for the item price minus the original shipping cost. Customer pays the cost of return shipping.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If any item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may replace the item or issue a refund. Do not return the item without contacting us first.

Size & Color Exchanges

The Cornerstone Classic Pullover Hoodie and Fleece Pullover are final sale and are not eligible for size or color exchanges. The Cornerstone Standard and Statement T-Shirts are eligible for free size and color exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Customer pays the cost of shipping the item to Americas Cornerstones; upon receipt, Americas Cornerstones will inspect and may order the exchange item. Items are made to order, so an exchange requires similar production and shipping fulfillment time as the original order.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Contact us at support@americascornerstones.com before sending anything back. Include your order number and a description of the issue. If a return is approved, ship the item via a trackable service to:
